APPROACH AND RESULTS
At AODACi, diversity is present in our day-to-day. We have people from different cultural backgrounds, including employees of non-Portuguese nationality and from various age groups. This diversity enriches our work environment and reinforces our commitment to inclusion and respect for differences. We believe that these areas are essential for building a healthy, motivating and fair workplace for everyone. Additionally, we promote internal initiatives, such as AODACi Exchange – Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI): From Theory to Practice, where DEI topics are discussed, allowing everyone to share experiences and learn about these important subjects. To ensure transparency and fairness in our processes, we follow the Human Resources procedure PRD.011 – Human Resources Management. This procedure stipulates that, for example, during the hiring process of new employees, all eligible candidates are presented to the department head with their identity anonymized, including without name, photograph, or any other information that could reveal personal characteristics. This practice ensures that the selection process is fair and free from any form of discrimination.
