APPROACH AND RESULTS

At AODACi, social investment is a fundamental pillar, aligned with our values of social responsibility and commitment to the communities in which we operate. We recognize our active role in local development, knowing that social engagement strengthens our internal culture, team spirit and external perception of the positive impact we aim to create. In 2024, we carried out four operations with community engagement programs, impact assessments, and local development initiatives, corresponding to 100% of the operations undertaken. Among these initiatives, the following stand out:

These actions reflect our commitment to maintaining open dialogue and active participation with all stakeholders. Within the scope of corporate volunteering, we implemented a formal program in 2024 that allows all employees to dedicate up to 20 hours annually to charitable actions, as provided in our internal volunteering procedure. During the year, 290 hours of volunteering were carried out in collaboration with various institutions, namely:

On average, each employee contributed 18.1 hours, demonstrating the strong involvement and commitment of our team. Volunteer safety is ensured through a specific Allianz group personal accident insurance policy. With an average of 18.1 hours per employee, we achieved a total of 290 hours of volunteering, clearly reflecting our team’s commitment and engagement with the community.

Bioliving, focused on nature conservation;

The supplier survey conducted on environmental and social matters;

Acreditar, which supports families and children with cancer;

The corporate volunteering program;

4 Patas & Focinho, which cares for animals in shelters;

The provision of donations;

The social stores of the municipalities of Cantanhede and Mealhada.
