2-8 WORKERS WHO ARE NOT EMPLOYEES During the reporting period, there were no workers who were not employees of AODACi. The entire workforce is hired directly.
2- GOVERNANCE STRUCTURE AND ITS COMPOSITION See Chapter 1.4. GOVERNANCE STRUCTURE The highest governance body of AODACi is the Executive Committee, composed of the CEO and CTO. This Committee is responsible for decision-making, oversight and managing AODACi’s impacts on the economy, the environment and people. 2-10 NOMINATION AND SELECTION FOR THE HIGHEST GOVERNANCE BODY The appointment of the Executive Committee is carried out directly by the CEO, one of the two managing partners. The selection process does not apply criteria regarding stakeholder perspectives, diversity, independence or competencies relevant to the organization’s impacts.
2-11 PRESIDENT OF THE HIGHEST GOVERNANCE BODY The President of the highest governance body is held by a senior executive of AODACi, who also performs operational management functions for the organization.
Their role covers the following main areas:

Definition of the company’s strategy and vision . Establishment of short, medium and long-term goals; . Definition of the organization’s mission, vision and values; . Identification of market opportunities and competitive differentiation.
2.
Financial management . Ensuring the company’s financial sustainability; . Approval of budgets and strategic investments; . Identification of funding sources and partnerships.
