2-23 POLICY COMMITMENTS

At AODACi, we have defined a set of policy commitments that reflect our principles regarding ethics, human rights, environmental sustainability and responsible labour practices. These commitments are formalized in internal documents such as the Human Rights Policy, the Code of Conduct and Ethics, the Complaints Policy, and the Whistleblowing Policy. These documents align with key intergovernmental instruments, namely the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights, the International Labour Organization (ILO) Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work, and the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights. The organization’s policy commitments explicitly include the implementation of due diligence processes. The Precautionary Principle is also referenced. Respect for human rights is clearly affirmed in all relevant policy documents. We pay particular attention to various stakeholders, with special focus on potentially vulnerable groups, including children, workers, the environment, and suppliers. The commitments also cover specific categories such as race, colour, sex, religion, political opinion, nationality, social origin, age, disability, union membership and sexual orientation, ensuring an inclusive and non-discriminatory approach. All policy commitments have been approved at the highest level of the organization, specifically by the CEO, and apply to all company activities, with particular emphasis on the design, development, and marketing of promotional products, as well as commercial relationships. These commitments are communicated to employees via email and made available on the company website at https://AODACi.com/policies. For suppliers, the relevant documents, such as the Sustainable Purchasing Policy, Environmental Policy, and the Code of Conduct and Ethics, are also sent directly, ensuring clear and transparent dissemination of the organization’s principles and values.

2-24 INCORPORATION OF POLICY COMMITMENTS

At AODACi, the implementation of commitments to responsible business conduct is clearly structured through the internal Organizational Structure document. This document ensures that the organization’s principles and commitments are integrated across all operations. The integration of commitments into organizational strategies, policies, and operational procedures is ensured through the Quality and Environmental Management System, certified under ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, along with the associated documents, procedures and records.
