Employee Well-Being | Promotion of dialogue and negotiation between the company and employees to reach mutually beneficial solutions. Management by AODACi of work schedules, workloads, and flexibility, as well as adoption of practices that support work-life balance. Promotion of employees’ physical, mental, and social well-being at the workplace through policies and practices, including the prevention of occupational accidents and diseases. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion | Adoption of non-discriminatory practices and policies that respect each individual, ensuring fair treatment according to individual circumstances. Active promotion of inclusion and engagement within AODACi’s workplace, guaranteeing equal access to opportunities regardless of gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, religion, or other marginalized groups. Includes equal pay for work of equal value and inclusion of people with disabilities. Supply Chain Workers | AODACi’s approach to workers throughout its supply chain, ensuring decent working conditions and respect for their rights. Includes providing quality information and using responsible marketing practices. Business Ethics | Promotion of ethical and transparent conduct, focusing on the prevention of risks such as fraud, corruption, conflicts of interest, bribery, misrepresentation, bias, and negligence.
