401-2 BENEFITS FOR FULL-TIME EMPLOYEES NOT PROVIDED TO TEMPORARY OR PART-TIME EMPLOYEES During the reporting period, AODACi did not have temporary or part-time employees. Benefits are provided to all employees and include: • Flexible working hours; • Possibility of remote work (home office); • Health insurance; • Opportunities for volunteering; • Other benefits outlined in the Employee Handbook and company policies.

401-3 PARENTAL LEAVE At AODACi, under the applicable legislation, all employees have the right to take parental leave. In 2024, two male employees took parental leave and returned to work after its completion. Consequently, in 2024, the return-to-work rate was 100%.
