GRI 403: OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY 2018
CONTENTS
403-1 OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AODACi implements an Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS) based on the legal requirements in force in Portugal, namely the Labor Code and associated legislation. It applies to all employees, activities and workplaces of the company. 403-2 HAZARD IDENTIFICATION, RISK ASSESSMENT, AND INCIDENT INVESTIGATION During the reporting year, hazard identification, risk assessment, and incident investigation were conducted by a company from the Grupo Testa. For 2025, the hiring of a properly accredited company for this purpose is already planned. 403-3 OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH SERVICES During the reporting year, hazard identification, elimination, and risk minimization were carried out by the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) team of Grupo Testa, to which AODACi belongs. The assessment is performed through annual visits, analysing the following aspects: • Identification of hazards in all work aspects, through observation of workplaces and tasks performed; • Identification of work aspects potentially causing harm; • Broad perception of hazards, considering not only known hazards but also how employees handle them during work; • Identification of all persons who may be exposed to hazards; • Risk assessment considering the reliability and adequacy of existing preventive or precautionary measures, considering the potential severity of harm resulting from identified risks and the probability of occurrence; • Definition of new measures to reduce risks; • Prioritization of measures to be adopted, considering the severity of the risk, probable outcomes of an incident, number of people potentially affected, and the time required to implement preventive measures.
