403-4 EMPLOYEE PARTICIPATION, CONSULTATION AND COMMUNICATION ON OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY
In 2024, employee participation and consultation in the development, implementation and evaluation of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS) were ensured by the OHS team of Grupo Testa, to which AODACi belongs. During this period, hazard and risk assessments were carried out, as well as training sessions on occupational health and safety. However, a formal consultation with employees has not yet been conducted. From 2025, a significant step will be taken in this area by contracting OHS services with ACIFF. Through this new partnership, a formal consultation with employees will be conducted for the first time, ensuring their active participation in occupational health and safety matters. This process reflects our commitment to strengthening the culture of prevention and including employees in the continuous improvement of the OHSMS, promoting a safer and healthier work environment. Currently, there are no joint worker-management committees specifically dedicated to occupational health and safety issues. Therefore, there are no periodic meetings or a formal structure with authority for decision-making in this area.

403-6 PROMOTION OF WORKER HEALTH AODACi facilitates employee access to non-work-related healthcare through the provision of health insurance.
403-7 PREVENTION AND MITIGATION OF OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY IMPACTS RELATED TO BUSINESS RELATIONSHIPS Considering the office environment in which employees work, AODACi provides a second monitor and wrist support for mouse use, as well as a chair and desk adjusted to each employee’s needs, to prevent and mitigate significant negative impacts on employee health.
403-8 WORKERS COVERED BY AN OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM During the reporting period, we did not have an OHSMS audited by external entities.
